This is the Movement loki joust build. This build will help your move around the battlefield while still supporting the attack speed and power streght of loki and of all assassins. This build has worked for me and will work if your have a good team comp that can be agressive. I hope you like the build and if you have some opinion leave a comment below.
This build will help you move around the battlefield with a movement speed of 475 at max lvl. This build gives you nice attack speed for a loki and decent power. When starting you should get death toll 4 health potion and 4 mana potion as well as boots. After that finish the ninja tabi. Once completed see if you are doing well. If your getting kills/assists and your team is ahead start building a mail of renewal but if your team is failing then start building mantle of discord. While in the process of building one of those 2 items also build golden bow as it will allow you to do damage minions and gods around for partial damage( hey some damage is better than no damage). Once the 2 items are completed build either Masamune if the enemies has more health than you or fatalis if your being slowed. After completing one of the two you should have a total of 5 items which are death toll, ninja tabi, mail of renew/mantle discord, golden bow, fatalis/Masamune. The last item should be mantle of discord or mail of renewal( the one you didn't buy). Last sell the ninja tabi and trade it for a qin sais. Lastly sell the death toll and buy fatalis.
The stone cut sword and be switch with the masamume if the enemy team has a lot of physical protection and they don't have higher health than you.
Try to get red buff and use it to your advantage. Also try to get the power potion as well.
The skill is a rough skill because you start with all 3 of your abilities and should should upgrade your 1&3 since you want to be agressive but also upgrade your 2 for farming purposes
Pro- You will be fast and will attack like a boss. Also you can utilize your items passive to kill faster
Cons- Need a good team comp as you need an aggressive team and also the items aren't universal because passives will work best with certain characters mostly high health characters and gods that slow.

Mail of Renewal is a very bad idea for a first item, because you will not be getting enough kills to justify it, and even then it's a very bad pick for an assassin because of it's stats.
Stone Cutting Sword is also a very bad item on Loki. Loki is designed to burst targets down very quickly by using abilities. If you and your target even last long enough to build up it's stacks, you are playing Loki entirely wrong.
The same goes for Qin's Sais and Hastened Fatalis, you should be killing quickly enough that you don't need their passives. Qin's Sais deals 4% of the targets max health with one basic attack. Playing Loki, you should be able to deal at least 30% or even up to 80% of a target's max health by using your abilities.
Golden Bow is also unnecessary on Loki, as the main focus of Golden Bow is to assist with wave clear, and Loki's Decoy clear minions and jungle camps almost instantaneously when leveled.
As for Mantle of Discord, and Masamune, I'm not sure if those are acceptable or not.

For the best guides. All made by pros and I highly suggest using them :P
There was another similar guide recently which somebody left a comment on, which would be great for you to read through. I'll leave that comment here for you.
1) to take out towers/phoenixes (ie: split push) with his high dps, good lane clear, and his ability to absorb tower damage with decoy and run away when chased with Vanish
2) assassinate squishy targets before running away (eg: the enemy mid laner or ADC).
Before anything else, we must determine where Loki is best suited? While Loki can be a decent jungler, he lacks the ability to push towers there, get a lot of farm while safely clearing, or be a real contribution to early-mid game team fights. Thus most players choose to place him in the solo lane where he can simply clear waves during his mediocre early game phase and then push towers quickly and force the enemy solo laner to either stay in lane with him or lose two towers before they can blink. To do this players will usually grab teleport as their first relic so that once they're low on mana/health they can quickly go back to base, or go gank a lane quickly when given an opportunity. To clear waves, players will level up decoy first, from there the priority shifts to Assassinate, aimed strike and finally Vanish.
Finally, we must determine what build is best suited for Loki. We want to prioritize ability damage (and movement to both get around the map, pursue and escape), thus the best way to do this is through power, penetration and cooldown reduction. Most players will grab Transcendence first both for the extra mana and power, thus helping them clear lane. Then move onto Warrior Tabi for the power and much needed movement speed, Jotunn's Wrath (benefits all your key qualities for a low price), and from there grab power/penetration items like Titan's Bane, The Crusher (also great for tower pushing), and Brawler's Beat Stick. If you're comfortable with auto-attack cancelling (cancelling an ability into an auto-attack to reset your attack chain), Hydra's Lament is also a great option.
Crits while powerful, don't affect towers at all making them ineffective for split pushing, and leave your dps very unreliable (while you may kill someone once because you have 20% crit chance, you're only doing so 1/5 times). Hastened Fatalis is good for auto-attackers that need a few hits to secure a kill, but Loki only needs to land 1-3 hits to secure a kill on any squishy target, and 2 are guaranteed with the third being fairly easy to follow up with with experience (or an ulti).
Just to show why people prefer the build suggested above, lets take your build and compare their damage and cost against an Artemis (assuming that as an ADC she's not building protections). The usual build ( Transcendence -> Warrior Tabi -> Jotunn's Wrath -> The Crusher -> Titan's Bane -> Brawler's Beat Stick) costs 13440g and will deal 1904 damage with Vanish, aimed strike and two auto-attacks (one of which activates them), and will deal 3074 with an added Assassinate and its guaranteed auto-attack. Both of these are more than Artemis 1890 health pool, meaning you can 100-death her without an ulti, in two auto-attacks, WITHOUT backstabbing her.
Now let's compare that. Your build costs 16030g (a full 2500g more expensive, ie: a full item). Your average damage with a Vanish, aimed strike and two autos is 1449. Assuming both autos are crits (1/25 chance) your damage is still only 1899. Finally, with that and an extra auto + Assassinate, your average damage is 2310. Assuming 3 crits (1/125 chance), your damage is still less than the recommended build capping at 2985.
Thus, this is likely why you found a need for Hastened Fatalis, you're not killing targets as quickly as you should, so you're relying on an extra 2-3 unnecessary auto-attacks using Hastened Fatalis' sticking power, Qin's Sais passive boost and crit unreliability to finish off squishy targets.
Hopefully this has been informative and constructive criticism. I hope you continue to enjoy Loki and become ever better!

This build is far from traditional. Like to the point where I use exactly zero of these items.
Try these items in this order: Trancendence, warrior Tabi-, jotuns wrath, hydra's Lamnent, deathbringer, then bloodforge. I think youll like it.
With this build, upgrade your 2, then your 1 then your 3
