This build is a great Chaac build. The it will make him tanky and damageing. The build is for faceing physcal gods. If faceing a magical god, switch the order to Hide of the Urchin then Runeforged Hammer.
Early game Chaac depends on abilities. That is why you buy Jotunn's Wrath. Focus on useing Thunder Strike to clear wave and poke enemy but dont be afraid to use Thunder Strike-Torrent combo to clear waves. When your enemy gets low, let them get over extended then attack and get the kill. Remember to use Thunder Strike before Storm Call for extra damage and knockup. If you take damage, stack up Overflow then use Rain Dance for free heath.
Mid and late game, Chaac's abilities fall off. You then buy Qin's Sais for crazy basic attack damage. If the enemy has no escape, use Rain Dance to slow them and burn them down with basic attacks. If they have escape, use Storm Call to silence them. With healing from Rain Dance and damage mitigation from Storm Call you will have no problem tower diving.
Late game is just like mid game but you are a lot more tanky. You can still do lots of damage.
During team fights, use the Thunder Strike-Storm Call combo to silence enemies. Rain Dance will make you near imposible to kill. With Qin's Sais you can kill tanks but make sure to kill their damaging gods first.
Use Thunder Strike then Storm Call for more damage and knockup.
Dive towers with Rain Dance.
Use Thunder Strike to poke and clear.
Use Torrent before Thunder Strike when attacking gods to ensure both hit.
Stack up Overflow then use Rain Dance for free heath.
That is the perfect solo build for Chaac. Have fun winning games!

(chaac vs chaac) If you use this build with the same item order I'm going to build a real bit weirder then I normally do. focusing more on qin's then jotunn's lol (why? you build full damage in the beginning and health XD)
like said above you miss sections and a lot:
pros & cons
Item
skills
Other sections just have minimal information like your team fight and game play.
The bbcoding isn't something I judge normally but uhm using icons or doubble brackets is something you better have soo if you mention an item the players who don't know what it does don't need too scroll back too your build and search the item. Also lots of typos
and now the build:
as the above comment said it misses so much options.
Let's start with the actives. HoG on Chaac? I never play with HoG on him in solo lane. Why because you already have a support and a jungler with it. And the jungler will drop you your blue so you don't need to use it actually (if the jungler does his job). IMO you can better switch it with an aegis or beads. And some other actives can work great well. The blink is a great item you can blink in throw 1 and then ult right after it.
The starter:
Well let's keep hog out of this because I don't like it. The pots are good. But I would sooner go Death's Toll and tier 1 boots (no active) because the death toll gives you just some more sustain on your mana.
and now the core items:
well I agree on jotunn's and on qin's but not on the Runeforged Hammer the third core item is the boot. runeforged is more an situational, because if you build more damage then hybrid or tank you won't get a big bonus on PP.
final build:
Well I agree on all the items (Not on HoG though), but not on the order. how did you plan on getting stacks for your Hide of the Urchin so late. This is an item that you need to get early (unless your a guardian) to get it stacked fast. I would recommend putting it on the 2nd or 3th item slot.
Also the runeforged is way too early. you don't have much defense so it doesn't convert much. I would recommend building it as your last item/ after your defense items
and you miss way too much situational. instead of going runeforged (or shifter's but shifter's is great for extra defense and power (depending on enemy team)) you could go Titan's Bane (more pen) or Deathbringer (crits) or The Executioner (more attack speed and pen)
(for shifter's subsitutes. Ancile/ Runic Shield etc (you need to get it early but is great for a magic team and then you can better take a Titan's Bane instead of Runeforged Hammer)
or Void Shield/ Mystical Mail/etc. (for a more physical power team Runeforged Hammer is better with these items.))
hope this helped
Build
Not discussing the quality of the build itself but the actual lack of options. Your build should not be the same at every game you play!!
Info
Where is Pros/Cons, god and abilities information? You did a gameplay section but it was poorly done. What about items section? Combos explanation? They do not exist.
BBcoding
According to your guide, they are nonexistent!
PS.:
I am not an English speaker and i found TONS of grammar mistakes and typos.
Veredict
Please improve this, there is so much you can do for this guide, seriously, SO MUCH!!
It misses a lot of important sections such as the ones i already mentioned above, it lacks bbcoding, it lacks grammar. Work hard on this very fast or i'll have no other option but downvote this!
