She is immune to Knockup, Slow effects, and protected from Root, but still vulnerable to Stuns. If Kali is under 15% of her total Health at the end of the duration, she will heal to 15% Health.

This build was taken from getbonkd's vide called "Smite Guides - Jungle Kali" on youtube.
Watch it for deeper skills description and such.

Jungling Route

1. Mana camp (using Hand of the Gods and one Healing Potion). Try to use Siphon Blood when all three mobs are alive, for extra HP drain.
2. Health camp (use one more healing potion). Aim smaller creeps first. Use Siphon Blood the way like it's done in 1st camp.
3. Damage camp. Don't forget to use Hand of the Gods, along with Blood Lash -> Siphon Blood
4. Defence camp. Clear it normaly.

At this point you can continue jungle, counter jungle, gank or go to buy.

you published this yesterday and you talk about health camp...
newsflash, health camp was removed from the game..
item build is ok in a certain situation, but there are options that suit other situations better.
try expending the information you give..
though based on the fact you said go to health camp, im not sure how much you know.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
