This is my first guide on Smite so hope u like it (: sry for being newb and not being able to put the pictures of the items in there yet (>_<) This guide is still INCOMPLETE chances will be made in the near future.
Isis is a very squishy at the beginning and has to be used carefully in order to survive for the first levels until you get the desired damage. It does best on single lanes when she doesn't have to rely on others to keep up with her speed.
Pros:
+ Fast
+ Good at clearing minions
+ High endgame damage
+ A good ambusher
Cons:
- Extremely Squishy at the beginning
- Low damage on other gods on start
- Requires backup on duo laning
- Gets easily ganked
BUILD 1
Isis should start off with Boots of magi because she needs the movement speed to escape from the chasing opponents, they add nice amount of damage and penetration which is
important in the late game as well so don't miss them.
Next up is book of thoth which is really nice item for its mana and damage income. The order can be switched with Chronos' pendant which is for faster cooldowns on the skills but this is completely up to what one prefers.
Obsidian shard comes next because of its high magic damage and penetration. It comes before Rod of Tahuti because it costs less and it gives penetration as well.
Rod of Tahuti is nice boost to the Isis' already high magic attack which will boost the damage even more. This is a must get item so it can be chosen earlier depending on what one prefers.
Void stone comes the last for a nice boost to the penetration as well as the damage in the end. It can be taken earlier if the enemy god is a powerful or feeded magic caster and the lane is hard to keep.
BUILD 2
This build is making Isis a really good escaper and a very good tower killer with sligthly less damage in skills
Fatalis is mostly for its movement speed and the passive which makes her able to run at the same speed when going backwards which is very useful when escaping from enemy gods. The attack speed is bonus which is really good when destroying towers or phoenixes.
The situational items are for occasions such as needing more penetration, damage or protection.
Demonic Grip is probably alienated by most of the people because of its physical attack, but it gives 25% attack speed and up to 21% magical penetration which is good for the basic attacks.
Bancrofts Talon is for sudden need of high magical power and for life steal which comes from skills.
Hide of Leviathan is useful when fighting a high damage enemy gods making Isis a little bit more tanky.
Wing Gust is Isis' main damage dealing ability as well as the escaping ability which is not very good since if it is used to attack someone and the enemy god is a good chaser, it will be a lot of trouble.
Spirit Ball is probably the best skill that Isis has because of its long range and able to be detonated when desired. Its damage is very good in the endgame, and it deals about half of the damage that Wing Gust does with all hits and it stuns.
Dispel Magic is the most useless skill that Isis has. It is mostly just for slowing down the escaping enemy so that another Wing Gust can be landed on the enemy. Its also pretty useful for saving allies who are escaping from a gank.
Last but not least Ring of Protection is Isis' ultimate which takes in certain amount of damage and turns it into healing. Its special feature is its damage absorb from any allied forces inside the ring taking damage. It is great when combining it with ultis like Odin's ring. Most of the time this is hard to land so it can be used when attacking a tower and the enemy minions are killing the allied ones. It can be used as a finisher for running enemy gods when other skills are on cooldown.
