kehpri is a god that benefits most form cool downs and health when he builds his shield it counts it as health and it scales by how much base health the more of both hp and cool downs you can fit the stronger he becomes

For actives because of the way his 1 works (witch you can cancel though there is a delay on this aspect) you want items that will make them do less damage like enabling or shell or items that will make them 2nd think attacking you like shield of the underworld

this build gives you health cool downs and damage the problem is you don't have great damage just good you don't have full cool downs just good and hp can only do so much basically it gives you a bit of everything but at the sacrifice of not being able to have the best of 1
