Ah Muzen Cab sprays honey that lasts for 4s at a moveable ground target location, Slowing all enemies in the area. Bees from Hives within 90 units and Swarm will fly over to protect the honey, dealing damage every 0.5 seconds and applying Bees! to all enemies as they leave the honey.

Ah Muzen Cab fires off an enormous stinger that deals damage to all enemies in a line, sticking into the first god that is hit, applying Bees!, Slowing, Crippling, and decreasing their Physical Protections for 3 seconds. If the target dies or after 3 seconds, the stinger falls onto the ground for 4 seconds. If Ah Muzen Cab picks up his stinger, he gains a significant reduction to Stinger's cooldown.

Introduction

Hello and welcome to the NEXT LEVEL META for Ah Muzen Cab (AMC). This guide will give you a clear description of how to play AMC in your arena matches. I play AMC as a heavy mana user that relies on (2) Swarm and (4) Stinger early on until his auto attack is strong enough to carry the game. This guide wont make you amazing at AMC, that comes with time. The idea of this guide is to teach you about AMC and how to play him. Depending on your opponent you may need to tweak the build.

Hive provide movement speed, attack speed, and a small amount of healing when you are inside the aura.

Swarm shoots out a swarm of bees in a straight line dealing damage to enemies and applying a stack of Bees! to anyone hit.

Honey lathers down a path of honey that can be altered using your cursor. If placed within range of a hive it will apply a DOT and a stack of Bees!.

Stinger fires a giant stinger in a narrow straight line. If landed, the stinger will fall to the ground upon an enemy death or after a few seconds.
Picking up the stinger reduces the its cooldown by 80%.

Build Breakdown (in order)

This is the first item in this build and by far the most important. Your first priority is to get enough gold to complete transcendence and then build stacks as fast as you can.


Warrior Tabi is your second item because PENETRATION > COOLDOWN. This build gets its cooldown from Jotunn's Wrath.


This is like adding butter to pancakes. Jotunn's Wrath synchronizes with Transcendence perfectly. Combined with Transcendence, this will take care of any mana problems you've ever had.


Asi provides solid damage boost and life steal before you get death bringer. Your current items keep you viable before the critical hits begin to rain.


Because when you start critting for 700 damage a hit its doesn't really matter...




Now you might be wondering why not Rage?!?!? I'll tell you why! Because its the arena and people stand next to each other that's why. There is some math that could be done to show you all the benefit but in short when you shoot their mage for 700 damage and 350 is spread to anyone nearby, that's a whole lotta damage.

Pros/Cons


Good wave clear.
Healing and movement speed from Hives.
Bees! allow you to see invisible people.


No Escape. No hard CC
Relies on a hard to hit Stinger early.
Uses a ton of mana to keep Hives up.

General Tips

1. Place your Hive behind your team, not behind the pillars where the enemy team can just destroy them for free.

2. AMC does not have an escape, and this requires a safe play style.

3. His ult is not easy to hit but picking it up resets it to a 20 second cool-down so don't waste it.

4. Your main goal as AMC is to farm the creep wave until you have 50 stacks. Kills help, deaths hurt.

Hives

I can't stress enough how valuable your hives are. Hives are the difference between a kill and being killed. You should always have at least 5 hives out. This build allows you to place as many hives as you want without having to worry about mana.
