Greetings, and welcome to my Hyperstream Loki build/guide for Arena.
This build is based off of killing people fast while remaining alive, and overall, carrying the team forward.
The "Optimal Build" I listed is the best build for if everything goes on track.
Warrior Tabi will give you early game penetration and movement speed.
Jotunn's Wrath gives early game CDR and more pen, in addition to mana for staying out in the arena longer.
Qin's Sais will increase your damage.
Hydra's Lament will boost your damage even further and finish off capping your CDR.
Rage will allow you to crit, and therefore hit harder than before.
Deathbringer, to make those crits hit harder.
I made an entire section for this, because I get this question so many times.
Malice makes it so your crits applies a damage over time, yes?
"YEA, THAT'S SO GOOD!"
No it isn't.
Hyperstream Loki is meant to kill people, and fast.
A damage over time isn't killing people fast.
By replacing Malice with Hydra's Lament, when you open, you will have a strong increase in damage, immediately.
If you despise Hydra's Lament, but still want CDR, you can replace Warrior Tabi with Ninja Tabi.
If you're dying fast and don't mind the loss in damage, consider Void Shield.
If you still like the extra crit on Malice, even after I wrote a whole section on why not to get it, than replace it with either Qin's Sais or Hydra's Lament.
Yes, I know.
Remember how I said this wasn't a general Loki guide? It still isn't.
I am here on how to instruct you on a specific build.
If this was a general Loki guide, I would have a ton of alternate items.
But because this is specifically Hyperstream Loki, you should attempt to stick to the optimal build if possible.
"DAC, YOU HAVE NO ACTIVES LISTED!"
I know.
Actives go against the idea of Hyperstream Loki.
In Hyperstream Loki, you want to snowball ASAP.
Wasting money on an active isn't going to allow you to snowball fast.
If you play Loki correctly, you'll never need Purification Beads.
You're going to want to hide in the jungle and watch for stragglers...
Escaping as Loki is a difficult little trick, but a trick I've come to master.
Let's say you're running away from Bakasura and he's on your heels.
As you're running toward your base, Vanish and double back the other way. He will keep running forward toward the way you were going, while you recall back to base.
You can recall when vanished, but you'll reappear with about 1 second left to go, so it's a risky maneuver.
If you remember all the tricks in this build, you will succeed in the Arena, and carry your team to victory.
This guide may be short, but your enemies will cower when you jump into the Arena.

Analysis
Decent guide, I find it lacking a little information overall though, even for a straightforward "Hyperstream" Loki guide. The only other problem I have with this guide is I disagree completely when you said "If you play Loki correctly, you'll never need Purification Beads. You said in your guide if the enemy has hard CC you will die. So if they have hard CC, why would you not get Purification Beads? Use it and Vanish. You aren't that dependent on that 900 gold for additional burst so that you can't get Purification Beads. If you jump into a team w/ Assassinate, sure you'll get a kill but you'll probably die if they have any cc whatsoever even with your Vanish up. There is the reason for beads. Girdle of Inner Power or even Sprint are also nice actives especially for a god like Loki. I would just expand a bit on explaining why you selected each item rather than a sentence :).
Guide Rating
The build is spot on, about what I use on him but I mostly always go to the CDR cap with him in arena. Nice job, 6.5/10 for me. I won't vote as of now, but pm me if you change things around.
