Hi I'm DizzyDan the sub for Support/Carry on SmiteFire EU. Anhur is by far one of my favorite gods in the game right now, his pure damage output and just how skilled you have to be to play him is what makes him fun, and the satisfaction you get out of stunning someone with your impale. This is a guide on how to play Anhur and build him, how to level up his skills, and when and how you use your abilities.
Most ranged ADs (Ranged Attack Damage) has the same build. You would normally get the build above but if they have a Hide of the nemean lion, you get Qin's blades because you are gonna kill yourself if you get Rage against Nemean lion, there is not that many cases where you get Witch stone or Void blade but you can get them maybe in a joust against physical.
If you get a lane that is very aggresive or sobek against you, you want to level up 3 (diperse) before your 1 (Shifting Sands). You level up as above, but at level 8 you wait till' you are level 9 that way you can level up ult and impale.
Enfeeble.
This is Anhur's passive, it reduces enemies physical power by 15% for 3 seconds, this is good in early game fights and also later game, to use the full effect focus the carry not tank.
Shifting Sands.
This slows enemies for 15/20/25/30/35%. It also increases the damage of your basic attacks against enemies who stand in the sand, you can also use the pillar in the middle to stun with your impale, good to use when you escape and try to catch the target.
Impale.
This stuns your enemies for 1,1/1,2/1,3/1,4/1,5% if you knock the enemy back into the wall, this can be used to escape because of the knockback or as a stun to secure a kill.
Disperse.
This jumps to a target location and knock back all enemies in the area, this can be used to escape of to knock back an enemy to make it easier to hit you stun.
Desert Fury.
This is Anhur's ultimate throws 8 spears in a rapid succession, while Anhur throws the spears he is CC immune meaning he is not affected by knock-ups, slows, stuns and other forms of crowd control. This is very strong early game and "ok" at burning down an enemy squishy's health.
Pros:
+High early game damage
+High damage all game
+Aoe slow
+Stun
+Good escapes
+High single target damage
Cons:
-Ult damage falls off late game
-Not much AOE damage
-Not much if he misses his stun early game
The most important part of playing Anhur is hitting your stuns, if you say for example stun an enemy to the wall, you place you shifting sands nearby because of the damage boost it gives if the enemy stands in the sand, and the slow from the sand. Another important part of Anhur is knowing when to use your 2 (Impale), If you are escaping use it to get the enemies away, but in teamfights it can be a gamechanger you can save an escaping enemies life or stun them to to the wall to get them killed, it can be used when the tank,(notice this when the tank initiates), your Impale can be used to stun an enemy to either focus him down or put him out for a short while mainly it is used to focus down a fed enemy. In laning phase it is also very important to know when to use it, because it can be used to clear a creep wave, if the other side of the lane is playing very passive you can use it to clear a wave and go into jungle to take buffs, it can also be used if you are split pushing to clear the wave faster, if the enemies are aggresive don't waste it on a wave, wait for the enemies to try and engage and then if you can, stun them, at that point if your tank is clever he will initiate. Your jump should only be used to escape or when a low health enemy is fleeing and it can secure you the kill. Your ult early game should be focused on the squishy enemy, after you stunned them with your Impale. this is most of the important stuff there is to learn about Anhur, so play him lots so you can learn to hit those stuns

On that note, the guide needs work. Add more sections, more color, pictures, etc. It shows little effort, and guides with little effort won't get noticed.
Work on it. Good start.
your text is somewhat... messy. but you get your message across.
i see you get a early deathbringer. but you really want the titans first unless your 5-0 and farming good. its just too expensive mid game with the rage.
and in the pros.
+ good early game dmg ult
+ strong late game AA
cons:
- late game AA will do more dmg than ult. here its used more for finishing people wihtout slowing down/ hitting them through walls,
in the optional items. add brawlers beatstick, as its very effective VS aphrodite lanes (and somewhat ra)
and jotuns, as it compliments anhur much better than titans if they dont get any armor in the carries. (like 3 squishy AD with no void blades or general protections)
