Pros
I like to start out with Jotuun's Wrath to gain some early Mana and ability CD, following up with Meditation and the warrior Tabi. The rest of the build is a pretty straight forward power, attack speed and penetration build. For the final item, depending on your friends and foes, I suggest the Ankh of the Golem, or any item you see fit to counter late game foes.
For the secondary active, I suggest a Aegis Amulet to counter Ares/Xbalangue ults if they are present, or a Girdle of Might to boost ally damage.
I use this build as a heavy support/damage dealer, using Earthbreaker to either initiate or save a team mate. When fighting near the base, I tend to pull them back toward the tower and while they are flying up and to you, step into the path a bit and turn 180 to set up a push from Diving strike to push them back into the tower. This same combo can be used to save your team mate. Just remember to buff up with Mitigate Wounds before initiation.
