DECAY (Dark Stance) - Hel fires an orb of decay that deals damage and passes through minions. The orb will explode in a 12 unit radius if it hits a god or reaches max range.

RESTORATION (Light Stance) - Hel fires an orb of restoration that damages enemy minions and stops on gods. Hitting an enemy god deals damage. Hitting an allied god provides that god and Hel Health and Mana.

This heal is half as effective when healing minions. Hel gains Increased Movement Speed, and allies gain a reduced amount (7%) for the duration. Hel and allies also gain 20% Attack Speed while the buff is active.

Stages of game

Stages of game



Early game:

For the early game start, you will struggle with low mana, so I recommend to get as soon as possible the blue jungle buff. With that you can keep up with the damage and heals.

Mid game:

In the mid game you will still struggle with mana loss
( unless you go with the second build and buy "Book of Thoth" ) but if you play it right, you wont have much problems with it.

Late game:

What to say, the amount of power and quick heals will make you a worthy opponent and a struggle for the enemy.

Passive - Stance Attunement
When Hel is in a stance, she gradually attunes to the strengths of that stance, gaining up to 20% damage in the Dark Stance and 20% healing in the Light Stance.
It takes 3s to fully charge a stance.

1st Ability - Decay
Hel fires an orb of decay that deals damage and passes through minions. The orb will explode in a 15 unit radius if it hits a god, a wall, or reaches max range.
Ability Type: Projectile
Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 (+50% of your magical power)
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana

2nd Ability - Hinder
Hel debuffs all enemies in the targeted area, reducing their Magical Protection and slowing them for 3s.

3rd Ability - Repulse

With Hel you must be fast with switching stances between dark and ligh.
In Dark Stance you will mainly use your 1st and 3rd ability in a combo.
Same goes for the Light Stance, you will use your 1st 3rd along with your 2nd which is good ( for example )
to counter Ares ulti and save the day.
