Agree the build is not bad and I see Pestilence more less used now being the defense nerf in Seaon 3. And yeah you had a 10% over cap so you could switch it with with a other defense or a other pen. My recommendation is swap out Brawler's Beat Stick with Titan's Bane due to its passive changed a lot making it much weaker.

I like what you do with Hastened Fatalis this is actually beneficial to Guan Yu due to his very low attack speed having the slowest attack speed out of all the Warriors. Is you are just doing a build for Guan Yu show us what you need to buy for a starter. Unless if you are doing a guide you need to explain why you choose this build. And why do you like it. Overall nice job.
