Im not a guide builder but more of a theory build share thing. This build is also for the new patch where heart seeker gets rekt, so thats why there is a transcendence to replace it. Ive tested the build a few times and got the same results as the heart seeker, just you have to build more stacks for the power and mana, it also takes longer for the power to take effect but has the same phys damage average. But if to many people diss the **** out of it ill update the build.
Bluestone/bumbas - basic as **** doesnt need explination, replace with magi's blessing or titans bane or, i dunno whatever works, late game
Warriors tabi - tyr doesnt need attack speed
Transcendence - So, i really have no explanation for this. Beacaus of the upcoming nerf on heartseeker, transcendence is just a replacement and im still trying to see if another item work better or if the build doesnt need it, ill update it later but so far its working. But if your laning up against a hunter, dont build it, build witch blade after jotunn's to counter better and stacks might be harder to build.
Jotunn's wrath - Great power, early penetration, cooldown and mana, all works great for tyr mostly the cooldown for the fearless + cleave because the cooldowns are long.
Runeforged Hammer - Nice health and phys defense, but can be replaced with didgaurdian mail if against the hunter solo.
Spirit robe - More phys defense and magical defense for the team fights against mages, also cooldown reduction which is sexy for tyr
The last item could be power or defense, whatever suits you.
Im skipping items already explained in the phys build because they serve the same purpose
Ancile - Power stacks and 50 magical damage is already evil, you shutdown any glass cannon mage, anubis, scylla, vulcan, if you play aggresive you will DESTROY THEM
Shifters shield - Even more power, but with more defense, just kinda thrown on there.
Magis Blessing - for the utility against CC that alot of mages have, stuns basicly
Replace the starter with a phys defense item due to the slight lack to phys defense
Laneing
Start with fearless to clear camps, by level 3 you should have fearless, cleave and change stance. level cleave first, the healing really helps with sustain in the lane. DO NOT LEVEL THE ULTIMATE PAST TIER 1 The ultimate is really useful, but not used for damage and it WILL NOT change team fights or 1v1s, its used to get behind people to fearless people and help setup kills, the slow is worth while but means nothing if used wrong. So leveling should be
Fearless - cleave - change stance - cleave - ult - max cleave - max fearless - max change stance - max ult
Jungling
same deal but instead of maxing cleave first max fearless, the ganks are hard and powerful and clearing camps with bumbas will heal the same as cleave.
Play aggressive, but do it safe. Basically if you start losing lane just farm and get the stacks, do this early game. The person playing against you will be used to being evenly pushed or pushed far. Once stacks are online start playing unpredictably, play super aggressive and start pushing the lane hard. If you do this correctly you may be able to pick up some kills. once you get a tower down Gank other lanes hardcore, no holding back, this forces rotations to happen on the support and jungler, it will open up more lanes to push. And, kills. This style of gameplay will get tricky because you have to be mindful of the rotations. Late game, help secure kills, you'll turn into support#2 set up kills and secure kills and help peel and help team mates.
If jungling, same style of gameplay just exclude the laning part with towers and stuff.
Also in team fights Get bink or ult into that back line, get to the back line as good as possible. Target the hunter and mage and be the most annoying piece of ****

Honestly your builds are fine, but late game you should probably sell Bluestone Pendant for Titan's Bane for the penetration. Also you might want to just put your actives up with the guide, obviously blink is great for tear as well as things like Greater Purification and Shielded Teleport for getting back to lane.
Also I do think it's worth mentioning that you should sometimes level up Power Cleave before Fearless because not everyone knows that the healing you receive scales making it much better for sustain.
Thanks for mentioning this is forgot about the leveling part, but or the titans bane, this build already has enough power, although more pen would be useful, the build lacks defense, but the late game item also depends on player preference and utility, thats why i never specified what item to build.
