Hello everyone, my name is FuzzyPandaZ and I have been playing smite for over a year. I have decided to make my first guide about geb, in the jungle. I know many people think,
Pros
While you will be building Geb jungle similar to other mages, I will sitll explain my choices. First of all, most iteams in the core and in situational items, for example, Bancroft's Talon, and Rod of Tahuiti are important if you want to get damage. Also, Chronos Pendant and Shoes of Focus are important because you want to always be able to use your abilities beacuse they are important to Geb. Other items such as, Gem of Isolation, Warlock's Sash, Magi's Blessing and Void Stone can be used to give you some more sustain and power at the same time.
Your start with Geb jungle is the same start as any jungler. Depending on the side (Chaos/Pristine) you either start with your mid at mid camps or with your solo at you speed buff. Once you complete this go help your solo lane until mid camps are about to go up and go over to get them. Be careful during this time because you do not want you or your solo lane to die, if possible get as much poke on the enemy as possible because it can give you and your solo laner an edge over the enemy.
In the early game you are going to always want to clear your buffs and get speed buff for yourself, red buff for mid and blue buff for solo. When ganking use Roll Out to initiate and to maybe knock the enemy into the tower or your ally. You can also use Stone Shield to defend yourself or your ally. If your ally is in trouble try to knock the enemy away with Roll Out. When using your ult, only use it if the enemies have high health or if the enemies are getting away.Shock Wave is your main clear and damage dealer. When clearing jungle camps use Stone Shield if you are low to keep you alive long enough to complete the buff.
During this time you're main job is to kill enemies, to initiate and to stun the enemies. Use Stone Shield on yourself or on your ally. Same as in the early game, you can gank with Roll Out and now you can chase the enemy with it as well. When ulting, only ult when your enemies have high health, to initiate or if they are getting away. You can knock up enemies with either Roll Out or Shock Wave and then you can ult them. This combo is very important to achieve because htis will be one of your most important ways to kill your enemies. Again Shock Wave is still your main damage dealer.
This is my first guide, so please give any constructive criticism in the comments. As for jungling with Geb do not worry if you do not do well, it is not the best jungle, but it does work. Also, just a warning, your team will get upset with you for even picking Geb in the jungle, so try and prove to them that it works.
