Freya is extremely versatile and strong god if you build and play it properly.
I won't explain you how to play - just watch a tonns of videos on Youtube.
I'll explain all about the builds.
Actually you can play any of this builds in (mostly - just don't try to support, ok) any role, but I prefer playing ADC and a purchase order like scripted above.
Starters. I prefer using a Vampiric Shroud when I'm at Mid or Solo, because it gives you a lot of sustain.
Boots - It depends from what you want to build- Penetration or CDR, choose wisely.
Achiles' Spear - yes, use it! It gives you a huge boost in attack and movement speed and lifesteal, means it can help you to kill, survive and escape.
Other actives to use- Greater Purification and Aegis Pendant, Weakening Curse, Heavenly Agility, Teleport to Gods.
Hastened Fatalis + Demonic Grip is your bread and butter. As soon as you get them you are becoming a ultimate killing machine.
When you are OK with your attack speed, it's time to know one thing:
Builds of Freya are always ballancing between a Lifesteal, Penetration and CDR. So you have this options:
Lifesteal:
Bancroft's Talon - for ADC and Mid builds (you kick harder as your HP goes down).
Polynomicon - for Solo and Mid builds (provides you mana and some burst damage).
Pythagorems Piece - for Joust and Arena (lifesteal aura and CDR).
Divine Ruin - when you face a healer or strong lifesteal. Also a cheap alternative to other lifesteal items.
Penetration:
Shoes of Magi - obvious, ok.
Spear of Magus - works nice on towers and Titan.
Obsidian Shard - if you're facing a really strong defences.
Void Stone - is also some kind of penetration, use it when facing a lot of magical damage.
CDR:
Shoes of Focus - that's obvious too i think.
Chronos Pendant - CDR and MP5? 100% worth.
Breastplate of Valor - take this instead of Chroson Pendant if facing high physical damage.
Situationally you can use Winged Blade and Pythagorems Piece to cap the CDR.
Also, don't forget that Spirit Robe gives you nice protections and CDR too.
Mix this items in any proportion you really like and you will profit.
Anyway, I prefer purchase order scripted above.
And finally, the most obvious item - Rod of Tahuti. Just buy it.
If you can't, take Telkhinesis Ring, it's good too.
Ah, also sometimes you should use Gem of Isolation to become crowd control monster with your Pulse. Usefull in Arena and Solo.
That's all, folks.
I will answer any questions and test any suggestions in comments.

That's funny, 'cause I didn't saw your guides before. Anyway, my guide provide you a new purchase order that I find more effective.
In fact I often use Telkhinesis Ring and Obsidian Shard after purchasing lifesteal, it boosts your performance really hard, and even tanks die pretty fast, if you land all of Pulse charges.
I'm going to "upgrade" the guide soon and I'll mention all of that :)
GL HF and thanx for the tips :)
I'm finding more and more that by item #5 ( Spear of the Magus), you're already doing plenty of damage...tons of penetration and attack speed...so I'm finding that Tahuti may not be the best final choice. As Death pointed out, it's very expensive and can be hard to complete before the game is almost finished. Thus, other items that provide other things might be more useful. Spirit Robe's tier 2 item is a reasonable price, and provides much of the full item's stats...I do see you mentioned Telkhines Ring, which is a cheaper option (check your spelling of this though).
Personally like when people explain choices just a bit more, rather than just saying "it's obvious." Rather, I'd suggest comparing items where you'd choose one or the other (e.g. Focus vs Magi) and talk about your preference and why.
Anyway, welcome!
