Chapter Title

This build is made for early game farming and sustain with a heavy late game carry. You are mostly passive during the early game but with your abilities you have a lot of sustain and a lot of poke/pick potential so you can get through early game without a lot of early damage.

Double stack is risky in the current meta, but before he gets nerfed why not.
However, if I were to double stack, I'll start with Devo's first as they require more stacking than Transcendence.
As you double stack, you might reach the 400 cap of physical power when you have FG buff and a 3K pot, so maybe Ninja Tabi is better.

Another point regarding the skill order; I'd max his 1 before his 3 which should probably be used as an escape while you're stacking. Also, you can get a point in your ultimate at lvl 17 instead of 18.
