Introduction

Hello and welcome to my Guide on Awilix. I am a currently Platinum 1 Ranked guy that listens to the name of ChaoticWhite (you might already have reported my or admired me for my Support Awilix). I keep spamming her in every Role and Game. My Aim is to get to Diamond in Conquest just as well in Joust playing only Awilix. This overall is my first Guide, still i hope you enjoy it and gain some knowledge about the one true God.
Since i might have forgotten some things or just not answering particular parts you might be interested in, just comment if you are missing something. (Except the pictures..)

Pros / Cons

Taking in consideration that she is a squishy Assassin, what brings slight problems with it self, there are some Pros and Cons on her specifically as well.

Pro:
-Strong Early and Lategame
-Awesome Mobility
-Good Ult Synergy with Vulcan, He Bo etc. for Engages or burning Beads
-Good Jungleclear
-High Skillcap
-Her Diamond Skin looks (VEA): AMAZING!

Cons:
-Squishy as Hell
-Needs much practice to get used to her
-Her Engage/Escape can easily be countered by CC
-Knockups are not the easiest to do by yourself
-Useless if behind

Skills

Passive: Initiative
Pretty much self explaining. 30% AD for 2.5 Seconds if you engage a fight. Easily triggered by attacking with your 3 or jumping in with your 1. Just make sure not to get Archer Aggro while riding in.

1: Summon Suku
Your Mobility spell. Summons a Cat to ride on, increasing your Movementspeed by 25% and allowing you to Jump off Suku, working just like any other Jump. This spell though got a weakness you gotta keep in mind. If you get CC'd the Second you jump off Suku you will stay in place but the spell will still be on CD. Either use as Engage or as Escape, for Newcomers to Awilix i'd recommend only using it for the Escape since you can fk up pretty easily and end up dying without escape since she is a pretty squishy God.

2: Feather Step
Your highest damage spell. It got different scalings, depending on your Hitchain. Starting with a 1x Scaling on the first hit it increased to 1,5x on the second hit to a maximuma of 2x with the third hit making it AOE.
This spell pretty much is what makes Awilix strong. Since it is counted as a Leap you are able (if you time it right of course) to dodge almost anything, reaching from simple Knockups to Geb and Poseidon Ults. But thats not all! You can as well (since it got a 30y Range) use it to interrupt Dashs, Athena Charge, Agni Dash and Cupid Dash are instantly interrupted with this if you time it right. Needs some practice on the timing but insanely useful if used right.

3: Moonlight Charge
A long range Damage-in-a-Line Spell, that will knock the enemy in the air if hit from the side or behind. Also a good tool for waveclear and useful for knocking up enemys that are running away from you. (Also useable through walls, so get your predictions ready.)

4: Gravitiy Surge
Really strong steroid for your Attackspeed just as for your Attackdamage. Deals high damage to knocked up targets as well pulling them to you. Its range is 70y and you have to be in line of sight of the knocked up or jumping enemy. Pullable targets will be marked with a white circle around their body. Useable on all Jumps, Chaac Teleport, Hades and Scylla Dash and knockups done by your Teammates like Vulcan, He Bo etc.

As skillorder i recommend maxing the 2 first, followed by the 3, putting a point in the ultimate everytime you can. Maxing your 1 Last since its mostly your mobility and not used to deal damage just as much as the other spells.

Items

The items depend on the enemy team.
Start:
Bumba's Mask, Boots 1, 1 Healpot, 1 Manapot and HOG. Depending on your Team and your personal preference choose if you want to build it into Wrath of the Gods or Fist of the Gods.

The Core:
This stays the same in every build.
Warrior Tabi, Jotunn's Wrath, Executioner.

From now on the build choice depends on the enemy team, since you have to decide what exactly you want to destroy.
If the enemy got an Assassin or Mage in the Solo lane (aka only 1 Tank in their team)
you will get Rage, Deathbringer and Magi's Blessing. (Might replace Magi's by anything else, if you went for Beads)

If the enemy team is playing with a Warrior in the solo lane, you want to get Quin's Sais, Asi and either Hide of the Urchin or Magi's Blessing, situational you can replace the defensive item with Hide of the Nemean Lion or even go for a Transcendence (in this case rush it even before Jotunn's Wrath to start stacking as early as possible.)

As second Active most of the Time Purification Beads is the way to go, though you might consider going for Sprint if you got the Crit build, as this makes it way easier to stick to your target.

Picks and Ult

As of her Ult interaction with knockups and Jumps she is a pretty good Teamplayer.
What Awilix is Ult strong WITH:
Vulcan
He Bo
Geb
Sylvanus (with a Contra, since his ult is a pretty small range knockup, making it hard to get the right target pulled.)
Bacchus
Anhur
Hercules
Tyr (If you are insanely good with timing as you got a EXTREMELY short time frame to pull people from his knockup.)
Sobek (Can pull BOTH his knockups, extremely short window on the aoe knockup though)
Vamana
Mercury
Sun Wukong
Poseidon (Only the ult, not the 1)
Kukulkan

What is Awilix Ult strong AGAINST?
Neith
Anhur
Bastet
Bacchus
Chaac
Fenrir
Kali
Scylla
Ullr
Serqet

What you dont want to Ult that got Jumps:
Odin
Bakasura (as he might be squishy, you had better ideas than to Ult a Late Game Bakasura directly in your team.)
Hades
Hun Batz

What the Ult is not working on:
Every Invincibility Frame (yellow glowing) is not Pullable (Xba Dash, Osiris Ult, Tyr Ult)
Janus Portals
Kumbhakarna Ult

What you will have problems against:
Arachne
Nemesis
Ne Zha
Mercury (if close to full build, otherwise easy)

Jungleroute

Start at the Speedbuff most of the time, rotating over to the Blue and staying in Solo lane for lvl 3 or in some cases lvl 4, depending on the enemy junglers moves and the opportunities of ganking midlane. Being in the Lane try to put up some pressure, clearing with your 3 and 2 or even harass them with your AOE 2 if they are dumb enough to walk close to their minions.

Start at XP Camp if you have a HOG on your Solo laner as well, the enemy team got only 1 HOG or you have enough AOE clear at lvl 1 (Herc, Tyr, He Bo) to almost instantly kill the Harpies. Continue as written above after that.

I would NOT recommend invading with Awilix in most Games since she is pretty weak once your 2 is on CD, also you are squishy and would probably die before you can kill anything.

Teamfight

Basic (true with any Build):
Awilix is, as already mentioned horribly squishy. Therefor you are not the one jumping in. Most fights you strave around the enemy team, trying to get an easy Pick with a knockup (either yours or that of an ally) and your ult. After the fight breaks out you actually want to walk in on Suku and cancel it, do not use the jump to get in, if you are not 100% sure you will get a pick and survive.

Quins Build:
Having this Build you don't really care what you are facing, might it be Tyr or Scylla, both die pretty fast to you, just make sure not to end up completly surrounded by enemys or getting blown up instantly.

Crit Build:
With this build your main targets are the mages and the hunter. You will blow them up insanely fast, but almost got 0% Chance to kill a warrior in a 1v1 situation. Stay back until the fight started and in the best case scenario some Ults are down already. Engage then and shred the hell out of their Squishys. (Also be careful since a Late Game Hunter can kill you just as fast as you kill him. You should try to go for a Mage preferably, as you can dodge Spells with your 2.)

Summary

In my Opinion, Awilix is a totally underrated God with great Teamsynergy and Mobility, that is able to carry games and snowball pretty easily.
Please accept Awilix as your queen and saviour. Awilix is Love, Awilix is Life.

Honestly, I played Awilix for a very fair amount of time to be able to judge her fighting skills and all..
Awilix is VERY affective in team fights, Not only she can knock up enemies and pull the lowest health over to her, But she can also play it from the back, sneaking from the jungle and attacking from behind, knocking up intruders and flipping over them to proceed in escape..
In all, she is very strong and affective after you okay at least 3 games with her, i do her solo and dominate with a K/D of 6/1/23

As an advanced Awilix player I think the whole bit about her being useless from behind isn't true at all. Sure she's not as good from behind just like any other god but she's probably one of the strongest gods to play from behind in my opinion.

It's not that she's underrated, it's mostly that she's new and even in the SPL she hasn't really been picked as of late. Season Two simply brought much bigger characters to the forefron,t like Cupid, Ullr, and Xbalanque. btw add bbcoding to the guide and also add teamfight section and jungling route
