Belly flop to win, literally. Want to play bacchus? Stay smashed and try not to laugh. He has a simple combo that not just has crazy CC, but deals quite a bit of damage when built right.
Use your chub ability, it keeps you smashed, buffs your defense, what could be better?
Your combos are simple, and basically the same.
Belly flop -> Belch if no ultimate
Belly flop -> Belch -> Ultimate(makes drunk)
It's really that simple.
PLAY PASSIVE, play smart. I say it in most every guide I right, and it's true. No need to take deaths. Your combo is deadly, has range, and cc for days. Your ADC (which should be with you) or jungler (coming in for a gank), inform them when you're going in for your combo, and you should have no issues taking the enemies out, atleast their ADC, maybe not support. You can make serious pushes with this combo, as well as tower dives(though I dont suggest it).
Cool downs make Bacchus a annoying drunk bastard, and it's amazing. The more you can belly flop and belch, the better. You deal little damage from basic attacks.
This being said, You want boots of focus, that 10% CDR from the start is well, a start.
Next Hide of the Ulchin. An underrated defensive item to get early on. Health, mana and 35 of both defenses is amazing early on, and because you get it so soon, you get your stacks of +3 defenses per kill or assist. 10 stacks later and bam, +65 defenses from just one item along with health and mana.
Gem of Isolation is just OP for some gods, including Bacchus. MORE CC PLEASE. Belly flop throws them in the air, belch does a dot and stun, then gem of isolation for a slow? ONTOP OF YOUR ULT THAT MAKES THEM DRUNK. need i say moar..
The next item is situational, Breastplate of Valor gives some mana which helps with drinking all that wine, as well as high phys defense and 20% CDR. Chronos' Pendant gives CDR, MP and Magical Power. If their team has a lot of magical power, Void Stone is a nice choice. Keep up with your magical power as well as protection in one item. Its passive of a debuff aura is pretty OP as well(for team fights).
Ethereal Staff gives a big chunk of health and mana, as well as magical power, and its passive gives more magical power based upon health.
Soul Reaver might be a odd addition to Bacchus but, 15% health as damage on a ability isw pretty OP. IF need be, you could go with more defense depending on how the end game is going, but with how much CC you have, long as your team isnt made up of low damage gods, there is no reason to have anymore defense. Belly flop to win!
