Play passively until you can clean up enemies.
Using Assassinate to get in and Invisibility to get out.
If you're going for a tower dive use Decoy to draw its attention.
Once the first tower is down you can begin to play more aggressively. If you've played Loki before you'll know some of the tricks you can play to manipulate enemies into a trap. You can use your Invisibility more frequently to invade their ranks and take out some of the squishier enemies.
If you're stuck under your own tower use your decoy carefully to keep minions from entering tower range. This will buy you time for more teammates to re-spawn and assist you.
Be sure to use your decoy to draw tower fire whether its to help a damaged tank or a tower dive.
If you're low health don't push it. Sit back behind your teammates, they'd rather you sit it out and recuperate than feed. Wait for group meditations or try and life steal from minions using your decoy and bloodforge.
It won't always go your way but if you're experienced you should now be strong enough to take down any of the enemies. Coordinating with your team, try and single out enemies similarly to how you started the game.
Clean up is always on the agenda!
If your team is having a tough time, using your invisibility to panic enemies into a retreat can work well. Alternatively pick off key enemy gods. Enemies who push the lane well or have high damage / crowd-control are a priority to kill off first.
Although you may be able to rip into a tank, some guardians will prove more difficult than others.
At this stage of the game remember that running back to your end of the lane isn't always the best option regardless of if your team is being pushed.
Loki's movement speed and paranoia is a powerful tool against the enemy.
Dragging 'Kill hungry' players on the enemy team back up their own end of the lane can buy your teammates precious re-spawn time.
