Ok so with Anhur you will be depending on your auto attacks throughout the game so by getting your Impale first then you will have an easier time shooting down people early game. After you get your impale you will want to get your Disperse mainly because if you are taking a bit too much heat you can just escape out and auto attack some minions to regain your health with your Death's Toll that you picked up. Then you finally pick up your Shifting Sands for that slow and the uber obelisk stun + the extra damage it gives you. Now for your final skill point I always put it in my impale because i like to piss people off in lane with impale stuns. Now for the big daddy, the ulti, Anhur's ultimate Desert Fury will blow almost anyone away between the 1-10 level range with one skill point in it. Late game Anhurs ulti is almost useless in a team fight unless you are chasing a mage down lane this is why anhur depends on his auto attacks because that is his primary source of damage late game. All in all my skill priority after i get my ultimate is this (2,1,4,3).
