Side notes

Agni's Noxious Flame can be ignited through all of his ability's INCLUDING the remaining flame from his Path of Flames. The only reason there is attack speed in the build is so you can use your passive which is "After hitting 4 Basic Attacks, Agni will gain a buff..." For example using Flame Wave on a Damage Camp without the passive leaves the big minion still alive, with the passive the big minion dies if your build is max. It also puts a After Affect on the opponent.

Please Note this is my first time attempting making a build if someone has a youtube video or something to go off of for advice please tell because I will be making more builds in the future. I will eventually fix this one if I get used to making builds.

Honestly i totaly diasgree with your build. First of all, i don't see the necassarity of an Mage with souch great spamming abilities, to build on normal attacks, I would rather go with your build on an Ao or on my zeus as adc. Also you forgot to mention his passive ability, which in my opinion is an very important part in the early game and also with the right items pretty important at the late game. I generaly wished you would have explained your build and your intentions behind it better. Which brings me to the next question, why you don't use Agnis awesome ulti and combine it with cooldown reduction. The Build is also pretty tight staffed, it seems like you weren't able to set up an seperate line for the final build, so I will say something to all the items on your list and what I personaly think about them. Shoes of Magi, yeah good, but I would buy them as a second item, simply cause you can go with chronos pendant first, can faster get rid of soulstone and still have an escape with your flame dash which can be used more often cause the cooldown reduction and you won't have mana problems in early game thanks to the relatively high mana reg rate the item provides. Witchblade is total nonsense, as I said above, building an Mage like Agni on basic attacks is a waste of his abilities, as you can easily spite out thousands of damage with your abilities, move around, hunt your prey or escape your enemies with flame dash and noxius flames. Dynasty Plate is also complete nonsense, since you can easily go with either obsidian shard or magus spear, which can greatly utilizied in teamfights since most of your abilites either allready have an dot, which automaticaly builds up the stacks to reduce the enemy protection, or gain this abilitiy through your passive, and its normal these days that either your solo laner or your jungler is also an magical damage type, which can be then combined. Also personaly wouldn't use Spear of Desolation for cooldown reduction, since it requiers you to get the killing blow and it can be acitvated only once every 30 secs, i would simply go with chronos pendant for that usage, it gives a little bit less damage, but it has way more sustain and is way cheaper.

generally said, i odn't know what role/ for what gamemode you intended this build, since you didn't write it anywhere, but I will tell you my conclusion for most of the gamemodes i personaly play and I think i Have an good understanding from: First of all, Conqust.

using your build in middle lane: Honestly, you will get ****ed in early to midgame, every mage will crush you into pieces with his pure ability power and will feed on you, since your build needs his time to even beginn to roll on, and since there are enough gods who can easily outpush you right from the start, i honestly don't see that many chances that you could survive against mages if you were my enemy in middle lane.

Solo Lane: Well, it would look a little bit better here, but honsetly i also don't count ya many chances. If your enemy happens to be an assasin, he will propably get rid of your pretty fast after the first minutes of the game have passed, if hes a warrior type like chaak or hercules, they will wreck you in middle game, your only chance i see is against enemies like solo sols, since you can crush them with your dash-fumes combo.
As an adc on the duo lane: that would propably work, never tried it but i see there some potential for the early to mid game.

Assault: complety useless, since massive aoe poke damage is there more needed then another adc clone.

Arena: in my opinion, same as assault, allthought its not that hardly needed in Arena then in Assault.

So a little wish from mine for your future builds: Make seperate lines with examples for different builds, write your intention behind the build down and also the role/gamemode your build is intended for.
