Introduction

This is my idea of a ability based build for Awilix. She is my main at 11.5k worshippers(since 12/25/16). This guide will show you how I play her and not exactly how you might, but it has the best payout.

Items n such

The first slot is always hydras and that never changes period. The hydra prods with ur skills so u could prof hit, ult proc hit, and 2 for another proc hit u shouldn't need ur ult usaully.

The second slot is always warrior Tabu but I've tried ninja and the mana was nice but not as beneficial as the the warrior tabis raw dmg

Third slot is your main source of cd and can change between jotuns giving cd,pen, mana, and dmg, breastplate is nice giving 20% cd ,solid pysical defense, and tons of mana.

Fourth slot is stone cutting starting that penetration and allowing a little trade of dmg with others, it also gives nice dmg and movement speed for getaways or chases.

Fifth slot this is usaully always Titans bane becuase the nice pen it gives allowing ur abilities to really hit . Brawler is for a superb amount of healing considering whoever you attack won't really get a chance to deal due to the amount of dmg u drop on them.

Sixth slot this slot usaully takes bloodfoge considering u kill one person with ur kit and aim to get out, Qin sais is for those tanks so they completely shred under ur pen combined with ston cutting so u can trade with them, death bringer is if ur super fed and u like 1 shooting the enemy with ur passive, magi is for tons of cc, winged is for those pesky mages like Ah Puch with slows, or gem of iso, it gives nice hp and movement speed also

Relics- purification is always a must, if u get coed ur gonna nearly die unless u pure out.sprint is nice giving movement speed . Wrath is for conquest and is ur first relic if so.blink is for the lols basically m u can blink behind someone and kill them instantly if u know what you're doing.

Pots -health pots are nice but make sure u get mana pots early game, she takes tons of mana Intill u get the hydra sustain combined with the 3rd item . Mana allows you to stay longer and get more kills b4 backing. Hydras mana sustain is nice for this.powe pot helps if u know what your doing and confident you can stay alive

Skills

First skill- this is used to escape or get in and out mostly . Make sure you dismount and try to get behind a enemy, using this behind a enemy with proc ur passive and u can knock them up to proc hydra also and then use another skill to kill them. Really helps placement

2nd skill- this skill is by far her most versatile skill. It can be used to dodge dmg, it's like change's but it can't dodge nu wa, DOT, Xbal, neith Ults, but it helps so much with other dmg that might kill u. It also can confuse and help u juke a opponent. Foremost it damages highly if used on the 2x dmg which also does aoe . It will half hit if your fed . Provides nice wave clear also

3rd skill- a nice knock up, cost quite a bit of mana so don't use too much , feather step is better on lane clear but this is takes less time. Hit them on the side or back for a knock up. Knocks up enemies that are invisible or dashes like nox

4th skill- This gives a nice buff allowing you shred towers, phoenixes or even the ENemy Titan late game. It also grabs any leaping god that is leaping or you knock up yourself which includes Scylla, Fafnir, hades, awilix, Hun batz, fenrir,Kali,Baka , invis gods. It also frees you of roots slows and knock backs so don't be afraid to use it to escape considering the low cd you'll get.

Pros / Cons

Pros
-extreme damage
-allowance to dodge easily
-can get in and out, doesn't have to get in heat of fight due to ult going thru walls
-good clear
-can push towers well
-high single target dmg(drop ur kit and no one will live)
-has tons of escapes
-stays relevant entire game if played correctly

Cons
-extremely squishy
-get Cced without pure and you will die or nearly
-high mana usage until u get hydra and third slot items
-can't juke well with mount
-won't shine unless the enemy has a leaper(I shine anywhere becuase I'm me)
-ult can be Cced out
-no cc immunity except 2nd skill in progress
-suku can be Cced out
-may fall off late if not played correctly

Team Work

You can be there to help your teammates with suku

You will be able to root and stop enemies from running away with leaps due to feather step cc

You will be able to save a teamate with a knock up (and ult if needed) 3rd skill

You will be able to save teammates from getting leaped on . Such as a Odin bird bomb , Aeneas God leaping at your carry or Mage , a person running away with a leap , or just shredding a tower while your team pushes somewhere else

Creeping / Jungling

Has nice clear early due to feather step so u can usaully get to solo first if ur solo can clear well enough (plus wrath acourse).

Ur 3 can be used to steal a objective and ur 1 can we used to leap and steal it with wrath but you'll be screwed having no way to escape so have ur team close.

U can beat most junglers considering most have leaps, and be able to gank most lanes well if they have leaps or no escape.

Make sure u farm so u don't fall off its hard to pick up if you do.

Pick a squishy to target try to get a teamate to knock they're puri off if u try to gank. If they do have puri and leap . Ult them instantly so the leap is canceled unless they puri pre impetively.

Ward so you don't get ganked from behind . You don't want your ult to be Cced out due to a Thor nox or some equally annoying cc.

Don't get in as a front line you will die horribly

Be wary of wasting ur 1 becuase it has most cd in your kit.(other than ult)

Find places to ult enemies thru walls if you don't wanna engage with theyre team , you can usaully kill them before a enemy jumps over the wall m or a khepri Ults them if u go by suprise and u won't be Cced out of it. Then make a swift get away with suku.

Avoid gods with roots becuase ur 1 n 2 skill are leaps technically . A ares with chains can screw u , a Baka ult can screw , puri helps in these situations

Take use of your long range spear to proc ur passive

Get behind the enemy and you will control the fight
